Mission
Our mission is dedicated to the cultivation and preservation of the lineage of Mestre Nô’s
Capoeira Angola in Seattle. We strive to construct a community center with diverse, mindful, and supportive practitioners with exceptional creative styles.
How is this done?
Our Capoeira Angola teachings will transform people in becoming fully aware of their body and surroundings, in turn, making them agile and flexible in all aspects of life. We use a combination of traditional and modern Capoeira techniques to create an eclectic community of Capoeiristas and African-Brazilian culture.
